Thank you for shopping with Curly3Creations, where every item is handmade and custom created with care, love, and attention to detail.
Returns
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Each item is made specifically for you, which means it cannot be resold or restocked.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your order is carefully checked before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing/embroidery issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or another appropriate solution when applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that are confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Because all items are custom made, we do not offer exchanges.
